Danielle joined Spilman as an auditor in October 2004 and was made an Audit Manager in 2009.  Danielle also spent some time working in the firm’s tax department during her first 4 years with the firm.  Danielle provides a wide range of audit and attest services to her clients including audit, reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedures engagements.  Her experience includes serving closely-held business clients in manufacturing, distribution and service industries with a specialty in employee benefit plan audits. 

Danielle graduated from Bowling Green State University with both a bachelor’s degree in business with an accounting specialization and a Masters of Accountancy degree.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Currently, Danielle is serving as a volunteer bookkeeper for Prizm Creative Community.

Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, visiting local parks and attending community festivals and functions.
